Account details you provide (name, phone, email), payment proofs (M-Pesa transaction codes, optional screenshots and message text), activity on the platform (referrals, Watch & Earn, deposits, withdrawals), and technical data (device, IP, logs) needed to run the service securely.

2. How we use it

To operate the platform, verify payments, credit earnings, process withdrawals, communicate with you, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

3. Payment screenshots

Screenshots you upload are stored in a private, restricted bucket. Only you and authorised NexMint administrators can view them, and only for the purpose of verifying your payment.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share limited data with service providers (hosting, database, auth) strictly to run the platform, or with authorities when legally required.

5. Retention

We keep data for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal, accounting or dispute-resolution obligations.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting support. Deletion may be limited where retention is required by law or to resolve pending disputes.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures (authentication, database policies, encrypted transport) to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure. Keep your password confidential.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app.
